Traditional ring boxes are rather obvious, so we re-created the ring box to better conceal your ring. Woodsbury offers the finest thin ring boxes in the world. Each box is handcrafted from timber and is designed to fit your ring. We offer personalised engraving on all our products.

Process & Design
Each engagement ring box starts as a solid piece of seasoned timber. We carefully select the finest American walnut for colour and grain. The timber is then cut (bookmatched) in our workshop to ensure the timber remains strong and stable.
Next, the timber is cut to size, carved, drilled and sanded by hand. Custom made brass hinges are then installed and the box is left for 24 hours to cure.
We take pride in the final process – finishing. Each box is hand sanded, coated with a mixture of bees wax and burnishing oil. The internal velvet parts are cut to size and then installed by hand.
Our design process allows us to customise your box to suit your ring, ensuring the best fit. Each engagement box is made to last a lifetime.

3rd Time is The Charm
I really wanted to have the date on the box (for planning purposes, I do not recommend this). I ended up having to plan 3 proposals on 3 different dates due to her work schedule and my getting sick (3rd time finally stuck). I ordered 3 separate boxes from Woodsbury, and each one of them was dang near flawless! She had no idea the box was in my jacket pocket, and the ring stayed put inside the box just as I had set it in there. 10/10 would recommend (just don’t put the date on the box)!

Tomorrow (11-5-2021)is the actual day I get to use it but so far it’s been fantastic. When I test fitted the ring in it for the first time And open it I legit had a tear in my eye. The customer service is on point when I asked to have a heart engraved around the date. I'm not normally a reviewer... but, Woodsbury deserves praise. I discovered their boxes pretty late in the day and took a gamble ordering one not knowing if it would arrive in time. The order was placed on a Monday, it was engraved, and delivered to me in the UK on the Friday. Very impressive! My experience with the team was great to say the least! I explained my concerns of having an abnormally bug stone, worried it wouldn't fit inside the box. I bought the box online. I haven’t been sponsored, endorsed or given anything for this review. I don’t use social media and I’m not looking for anything from this review. I’m just giving you feedback on what I found. I put in what I wanted engraving and ordered. I was unsure if it would arrive in time, you don’t always know really online but I trusted it. I will say that Woodsbury is an absolutely first class company and their product is second to none. It arrived a day earlier than expected. The quality and innovative design is exceptionally high. I don’t mind paying for something providing I get what I expect but this ring box is far better than I thought it would be. The ring fitted perfectly in it. I easily hid it in my pocket before I proposed. We travelled out on a rowing boat and asking to ‘change places’ when she stood up I delicately took a knee and asked the question. I didn’t think till after, the ring could have fallen out and been lost! The Woodsbury box held the ring snugly and with confidence assuring everything was picturesque for the perfect moment. Thanks for being a reliable company, making great quality products, and exceeding what you advertise. If only it was this easy with every company.
